Wall cupboards

Wall cabinets hung loosely and served as storage cupboards. The corner cabinet is a special type of hanging cabinet and belonged to the table corner, the center of the farmhouse. IIt housed items for religious feast days, such as a prayer book or a calendar. Corner cabinets are rare and, due to their original significance, are usually specially decorated or elaborately crafted. These are antique corner cabinets from Austria.
