Privacy Statement

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We take care to process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulations GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003 TCA). This Privacy Statement provides information about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us via the contact form on our website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and any follow-up questions. We will not transmit this data to third parties without your consent.

Data storage

Data provided by you that is required to fulfil a contract and/or implement pre-contractual measures will be stored. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. When a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the retention period as specified by fiscal law (7 years). The following data will be stored until the end of the product liability period (10 years): name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Sec. 96 para. 3 TCA and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) GDPR.
