chest of drawers with upper part
The furniture dates from the middle of the 19th century and is made in softwood. It enchants with its soft curves in the cornice, the doors, the glasses and last but not least with the curved design elements on the front of the drawers and the flap. The latter is a typical feature of the Biedermeier period. The furniture can be used as a writing desk because the slanted flap can be opened. Behind it there are drawers for storing writing utensils. The rare furniture also flatters with its rich patina.
