The sideboard in waxed softwood is not as old as we are used to – around 1900 – but as sideboards are rare, we have included it. The sideboard is primarily defined by its practicality. Because of its proportions, the wide frame board and the resulting square framed doors, the side drawer and its patina, it is an attractive piece of furniture in the room that is solidly made. The sideboard undoubtedly has its justification.
