The candlestick dates from the 19th century. The patina is reddish-brown and has light abrasion, so, how we like antique objects. The contours and emphasized cross elements are in a muted gold. Of note is the three-sided shapely stand, which gives the visual and also actual stability, but still looks light due to its openwork elements. Rare that I find such a tall candlestick that is not gold plated, so it can be used wonderfully in the private home.
