The stone pine chest from Tyrol is characterized by the flower rosettes in low relief. These are located in the center of the three main fields, which are architecturally structured: round arch, pilasters, cornices. The arch is emphasized by notched sections, with whirligigs. The narrow longitudinal bays are decorated with elegant scales. The lid has a sturdy frame construction. Profiled strips reinforce the panels. All the iron parts, such as the hinges, lock, key and iron handles on the sides, match the quality of the 300-year-old chest. The patina is fantastic!
