The small painted farmhouse cabinet immediately catches the eye. On the one hand, it is its proportions: it is relatively low. On the other hand, it is the high-quality doors and the beautiful patina. The door panels and the lock indicate that it dates from the 18th century. The octagonal profiled panels are decorated with bouquets of flowers and the monograms of Jesus and Mary. The monograms are abstract. There are carved elements in the spandrels. The colors red and blue are muted. The profiled cornice, the sloping pilaster strips, and the finely curved base board make the cabinet a perfect whole.
