The proportions of this small cabinet are unusual. The veneer painting on three sides is classic, the motifs on the door are abstract and convey lightness and randomness. I ascribe the adjective “bold” to this small piece of furniture. Its size and the somewhat globular feet make it special. The cornice and skirting board are delicate. An eye-catcher that is around 200 years old.
