The two-door farmhouse wardrobe in a wonderful reddish-brown pine wood has a characterful and equally simple design. The wide architrave and plinth, the restrained cornice, the smooth doors and the expressive fittings are impressive. The visible wooden nails emphasise the archaic character. The stencil painting, which has been traced, and the iron handles are the only decoration. This is confidently placed, yet not superficial. The corpus itself emphasises the presence of the 18th century farmhouse wardrobe.
